after 2 more hours of torture our prot and the daugther of luck reached the gate of the city
as the carriage reach the door the slacking of guards looked at us
he looked at the outfit of our driver
with disdain on his voice he talks
"its 20 soul coins to enter the city"
jack looks at him and says
"we are here not to trade goods but to enroll these kids on the academy"
jack then points at mei and pitou that just got out of the carriage
the guard then looks at jack as if he heard the funnyest joke on all planes
he th began to crack up on jack
"you want to say that these little beggars are going to the academy"
he says while pointing his finger on mei and pitou
jack then began to get angry at the guard
he then goes back to the carriage picks some papers
and hands to the guard while saying
"if you dont belive, read the spirit hall's recommendation"
other guard that was looking at the trouble then aprouch jack and picks up the papers
he read then looks up looking at bit unhappy
he then looks at jack with indiference
and says
"arent you a sly snake, you not only wants to enter the city freely with the pass from the spirit hall but also forged an official document so that you can enroll these beggars on our holy academy of spirit masters"
pitou then looks at the guard as if he is an idiot
like how you call an extremely small academy with weak spirit masters as a holy academy
pitou then remebers that cultivating makes you lose your brain function
as the more he exprlore this world the more dumbfolded he gets by the idioticy of people on this world
so this is the only explanation he can get
going back to the present the guard that was laughing then for some reason picks his sword and tries to slash jack's neck as he looks at mei with a lustfull expression
as the slash aprouches jack begains to scream and passes out
when the slash is about to cut it misses as jack was falling on the ground making the sword missand only cut some hair
the guard noticing that his slash didnt work got angry like a child and the procide to try stabing jack
when he is about to stab jack
he hears an voice
"what is happening here"
