You don't have even the slightest bit of a chance in detaining me. All I have been showing you so far is nothing more than a facade to trick you," said Julius as he took a final deep breath before signing. Julius was finally done messing around.

With a snap of his fingers, everything in the world came to an abrupt stop. All that still could move was Julius and Julius alone. Anyone or anything else in the world, whether it was alive or dead, it couldn't move, breath, speak or do anything which Julius didn't allow it to do. 

Only Julius had control over the world in the moment. He was the true king. Some might even call him the king of time.
