First he dialed 911. Then he ran over and picked the keys up from next to the drawer where he knew they were kept and locked the door. He picked up Nicky by his shirt collar, away from Justin and cornered him by the flower case standing over him with his bat.

Justin stood at the counter in tears but Rafe couldn’t comfort him now. First he had to take care of this pig.

Officers Santos and Harrison were at the store within five minutes of Rafe making the call. He unlocked the door and as he let them in, Nicky took the opportunity to jump on Justin’s back

Since this was their precinct; they knew Justin’s story. Officer Harrison grabbed Nicky from Justin’s back and cuffed and put him down on the floor despite Nicky’s attempt to kick the officer. Rafe knew both men since they drank at his bar. Harrison had Nicky on the floor face down with his boot on Nicky’s back. The officers grabbed him and pulled him to his feet.
