“What’s wrong?” Jewel asked.

Dustin shook his head and dropped Jewel’s arm. “Nothing.” He thumbed into the living space. “Couch?”

He turned without waiting for Jewel’s answer but got it anyway as he walked into the room. “Couch, bed, floor, table, counter, tub—as long as you’re naked and I’m naked, I don’t care where the hell we are.”

Dustin lowered himself on to the couch and smiled as Jewel stopped in front of him, kneeling on the floor instead. Wedging a knee between Dustin’s calves, Jewel pushed them apart until there was enough space to scoot in. Both of Jewel’s palms stroked up Dustin’s thighs. “You aretense,” Jewel cooed. “What’s going on?”
