Capítulo 194: WE CAN ONLY PRAY

A week had passed since Gerald had found out about his child breathing inside Theodora's womb. In this past week, he remained with Oscar and Isabella because more than he needed them, they needed him at that time.

He busied himself with the daily chores, helping Isabella in cooking and washing while taking care of Oscar, but after battling with himself during the day, he found his thoughts chasing, clawing at him at night.

He found Oscar lost in thoughts, and whenever their eyes met, all he could see in them was an utter disappointment.

Gerald still didn't know what he was going to do. But Reznor's words kept repeating in his head all the while.

He finally made up his mind to meet Theodora once before coming to any decision. But he was surprised that she hadn't tried to contact him in this past week.
