Capítulo 30: chapter 29

She sighs for the hundredth time, throwing the forest green colored dress onto her bed, she turns towards Courtney with a look of defeat, who was going through Serenity's closet, looking for a dress.

"It's too short for my taste, Courtney."

"If it was upto you, you'd wear a sweater my grandma would wear with some leggings" Courtney rolls her eyes at her bestfriend.

"I mean what's the problem with wearing a sweater? Its comfortable" Serenity argues back, making her blow air out of her mouth.

"You didn't even argue with the fact that you would wear granny sweaters" she states smugly, picking up a pillow Serenity throws it at her, which Courtney easily dodges, causing Serenity to grumble under her breath.

"Why do we have to go to this stupid party?" She whines. If it was upto Serenity, she would've been lounging in her sweat pants and baggy t-shirts watching a movie, not getting ready so she could go to a formal party.
