Natsuo walked around the compact three-bedroom detached house, looking at the beige-painted walls and the modest snow-covered yard. The buildings along this street were quite cramped, but a bit of land was left for a flower garden behind this home.

"Well, what do you think?" Jiro asked, lowering a moving box to the wooden floor.

"It's nice," Natsuo said, touching the white cabinets with silver handles. The light and cozy aesthetic in this house was the complete opposite of the dark and masculine environment in the penthouse.

As soon as they were released from the mental hospital, Jiro revealed that they would not return to the penthouse due to some unhappy memories and fearing that they would only provoke Natsuo's anxiety. He sold it for a relatively low price considering two people had already tragically died there.

Jiro had bought them a new house to start a fresh chapter in their lives in Nagoya, Japan's third-largest city.
