Capítulo 40: Chapter 40: The Price of Life

"Drip." resounded throughout the cave as a drop of water from the ceiling fell into the pool of liquid below. Inside the dark cave and beside the pool of water, a kid filled with green and black energy can be seen. If one observes close enough, one would notice that there is a hole inside the boy's stomach and heart. It is from there that the green and black energy is from.

Beside the kid lies a beautiful lady. Although beauty could be seen in half of her face, that is not the case for the other. It is made out of green and black energy as well. Of course, half of her body is made up of the same energy as well. She is like a living dead.

After a while of silence, the kid woke up. Difficulty can be observed as he tries to move his entire body.

"What happened to me!?" he asked in shock as he look at his body. "LILY!" he exclaimed afterwards, as if his memories dawned on him. "Who are you!?" he asked to the lady beside him as he calmed down.
