Xio looked at the wall of the cafe and called out, "Fors?"

"Wassup?" greeted Alvin casually.
"Fors! Why are you here?" asked Xio.
"I was worried about you! You mentioned you had some work tonight yesterday, but after that, you stayed awfully silent the whole day! It was like you wanted to tell me something but you couldn't! So I came to see what happened!" said Fors.
"That's awfully brave of you, but the way you hold that knife is telling me you have zero combat experience. Your tracking and stealth methods are sufficient against ordinary people, but any Beyonders could see you coming from a mile away. What help would you be to an Arbitrator who is capable of fighting?" asked Alvin provocatively from the side.
"I could have helped her escape!" said Fors defensively. Alvin noticed her hands touching her bracelet.
"Is that mystical item the source of your confidence? Let me guess, it has a Traveller's ability. But I have to remind you, if your face is exposed during the process, you are pretty much out in the open. Especially since you are a best selling author with some degree of fame. To people with official connections, that is enough to track you down" said Alvin.
"Those people have official connections?" asked Xio.
"I recognised one as a henchman to a noble. The other I am not sure, but should probably be someone like that" said Alvin.
"You recognise me?" asked Fors.
"I read the Stormwind Villa yesterday when I had some free time. And for some reason, your face is displayed on the back cover of the book. Why would you agree to that?" asked Alvin.

Alvin shook his head and stayed silent.
"Alright then" said Xio, as she counted out a 100 pounds and passed it to Alvin.
Alvin shook his head and refused to accept it.
"100 pounds was the agreed upon amount. Even if you didn't have to do anything, we should stick to what we agreed on" said Xio.
"I can see both from the successful arbitration earlier and your current actions why you have such an excellent reputation that random Beyonders approach you for arbitration. But I don't need money for the moment. Instead, I will commission you with some investigative tasks. You can deduct the appropriate costs from this money you owe me" said Alvin.
Xio kept the money as she nodded.
"Well, here is your first task. Find out any information you can about the Tintin fireworks factory, a person of influence called Mach Gore, and the Red Scarf Gang. Make sure to keep the enquiry discreet. Have someone put whatever information you find in the post box of my bar" said Alvin.
