After speaking briefly with Dr. Genus through the tiny speaker, Mosquito Girl came into the building. Opening the secret door, she entered into a well-lit hallway.

Couldn't this only mean one thing?!
If what she thought was true, it would seem that she had sucked Saitama's blood while she was unconscious. This means that this change happened because of none other than that man's blood named Saitama!
What does this entail? This means that Saitama's blood has such extraordinary qualities that it makes her so powerful like this, even evolving into a completely new form!
Usually, if she wants to increase her power more than her final form, she needs to suck a lot of blood; I said a lot means a lot!
Let's just say she needs thousands of fresh blood from animals or humans!
Even that would only increase her strength a little.
Mosquito Girl, who had solved the mystery of where her new powers came from, was immediately overjoyed!
