Chris: the table can expand and make more chairs depending on the number of members the entire room can change from 1 table to an entire room with 5 rows with chairs behind them. As such it can fit around 150 high ranking members as for the rest unless they are high ranking they will just receive orders from above basically the room can change base on the number of high ranking members I've also split the system up to allow for an easier time for people to joins.
Najenda: do you think an assassin branch requires that amount of Members
Chris: no it only needs at least 20 high-ranking members with everyone below being either cannon fodder or Backup their skill doesn't have to be perfect as you can split it into different departments.
Najenda: What the hell you talk like people's lives don't matter.
Chris: no I don't mean that at all their a difference between Cannon fodder and lambs now isn't their Cannon fodder can survive longer than 3 seconds on a battlefield well Lamb Aka Suicide units can only be useful when they're thrown at somebody with immense numbers Cannon fodder can also be described as a bunch of useless people in the front of a skilled person but that only skilled people.

Chris: alright I'll tell you this cannon fodder can range from useless Lambs to Skill officers well Lamb can only be used as an overwhelming amount of body.
