Raul shrugged his shoulders indifferently. "People who can't take jokes sure are scary."

"Do you seriously think I will enact my revenge when she was in that defenseless state? I won't stoop that low even if I hate her."

"I advise this for your own good, or you probably won't ever have a chance to enact your revenge anymore," Raul said with a playful smile.

"What do you mean?"

"There are only two developments from here. Either she turned into a different person altogether when she woke up, or she would never wake up again. Whichever it is, it won't be good news for you."

Cassian's hand twitched when he heard that. His eyes narrowed down in suspicion. "Master, what exactly are you doing to her? Did you drug her?"
