Capítulo 30: The Battle Inside

I think that fate has a horrible way of changing the outcome of your life. Just when we thought that we had it all figured out, something unexpected such as this comes and throws things in a tumble and messes things up. But then again, is this not just karma coming back to bite you for something that you have done wrong? Ultimately, this is just some curse that will play havoc on our lives. Are we not just doomed from the start?

Whatever the reason, I am not yet ready to give up. There is only one way that we can be together now. Will this possibly work out? That I do not know. All that I do know is that I need Zoe in my life. I am not willing to give her up; this could possibly fail in the worst way. But I believe we should try everything that we possibly can. The other problem is, will she be willing to try? Or has she accepted her fate?
