The rest of the day went on pretty normally for the Disciples. Although they weren't that used to the next-level intensity of training since this was the last month, they still had enough energy to survive. Of course, everyone would be able to last through training since there was no elimination.

In the end, Satoshi decided to keep his special constitution a secret, just because he wanted to use it as his trump card. In hindsight, Satoshi felt like he would have a hard time explaining his abilities since it's an adaptive ability, not a straightforward fixed ability that has all its parameters explained.

Simply put though, Satoshi's body could adapt to almost anything, but that explanation would barely touch the tip of the iceberg since Satoshi had no idea what the limits were.
