For those of you who are wondering why this chapter is different from the last chapter regarding the Church, I ended up rewriting it a day after I initially published it, due to some concerns many of my readers had. Ultimately, I feel like this mini arc is a better way to handle the last dying breath of the Catholic Church within the ToS universe than simply having a bunch of drunk sailors murder the Bishop of Reykjavík in cold blood.
