The authority of Dimensional Hegemonies was inviolable.

This was the reality in the Celestial Plane, and it was an even more entrenched reality in the Empyrean Plane where the most powerful of beings were Sages or Great Sages.

The Realms of Power went from Nebula to Black Hole, QUASAR, Galaxy, Galactic Filament, and ultimately...the Universal Realm!

The most powerful in the Empyrean Plane were titles Sages or Great Sages based on their accomplishments in Lesser and Grand Daos, these beings mostly being in the GALAXY Realm, and the most powerful Great Sages being those that had just broken into the Galactic Filament Realm.

Above them were the even more accomplished beings in the Celestial Plane that had the titles of Monarchs, Paragons, and Dimensional Hegemonies as they took the top spots of power. 

Such were the types of beings that Noah faced at this moment!
