So I changed a few things.
Firstly,

'…. …. ….' — Thoughts/Inner Dialog (Now when the system speaks it will appear '.....' instead of []. Just a minor change, but also I gave the system a bit of personality.)

Also, again I changed the system a bit. Gave it a personality. The whole story, it's the same. But if you want, you can re-read it.

The info that the system gave him was detailed. Enough for him to know where to find the servers. But he was a bit anxious. One wrong move and his future of being a hero would be gone.
He moved his binoculars towards the next building. And gulped. That was the Might tower. The number one hero's office.
There is a reason why the Hero Association kept its building in Tokyo. It was because of the symbol of peace. But unlike others, Toya wasn't worried.
The main problem with All-Might was that you don't want to be around him, if you want to commit a crime. He was… a lack of a better word a broken character.
'He's broken in more then one ways…' The system said something but Toya ignored him. The system for some reason wasn't a fan of the number one hero.
There is a reason why Endeavour was second. Nobody had that much drive to be a hero than All-Might. But he also had his weakness.
Toya had a sour feeling in his heart when thinking about it. For Toya All-Might was his hero. But now he was exploiting him. Even though he worked underground for two years. He still kept tabs on his favorite hero.
And that is when he found about his weakness. It made him wonder what could have done that.
It was the number one hero's odd pattern in doing hero work. Whatever the pattern was he wouldn't be able to do hero work for more than four hours. If he pushed himself maybe another half an hour. But that was fixed. It was almost as if he couldn't work any more than that.
Toya also knew the reason for his time limit. It started three years ago when he and Hawks saw the number one hero in that bad state after fighting an unknown villain.
The thing that scared Toya the most was that there was a villain out there that could hurt All-Might to this extent. But he wished that it wasn't the truth.
But it was reality. Not only age was catching up to his favorite hero. He was also wounded. And now he had to exploit it. Toya's hands curled up into a ball and his knuckles turned white. He gritted his teeth, he didn't like it.
He's only doing this for Eri. He told himself. But still, there was that lingering feeling of dreadfulness.
Toya backed off few steps laying on the bed. He would need some shut-eye. The mission was going to be at night. He had already set up his laptop to track his favorite hero's movements, which was pretty easy considering there were many websites dedicated to the symbol of peace. And when the time was right, he would attack the Agency.

When he woke up it was already evening. His stomach growled so he took out some instant ramens out. Wasn't the healthiest thing in the world, but when doing missions like this where you could die if things just change a bit. He would happily choose the former option.
As he waited for the hot water to take effect, he looked at his laptop. By his calculations All-Might was very less active at this time, even though calculating all the time, it was a bit short of four hours, Toya hoped that he wouldn't show up during his hist. But on the other hand, a few hours later, All-Might would be fully on active duty.
So he only had a window of two hours, lets cut that to one. One hour to pull off Japan's biggest hist. He didn't know about the patrolling times of other heroes, so he also had to be caution.
For this sort of high-risk mission, one would need at least a month to get minimal preparation along with a team of experts. But he neither had the time or the men power to do it. So he had to do it alone.
Still, it was possible. Even thought Toya didn't want to admit it, but the few tips and tools that the system provided was enough for him to pull it off. There was a rational part of his mind that screamed for him to stop. But one of life lesson that Toya learns easy on was, being ignorant and arrogant about something was better then you over-thinking things and making it complicated.
'Because a child has no trouble believing the unbelievable, nor the genius or the madman. It's only you and I, with our big brains and tiny hearts, who doubt and over-think and hesitate.' Toya hummed at the quote that he learned from his mother in childhood.
'So you are saying either I will find out if my host is stupid or a genius.' The system said. 'Please, I hope you are a genius. But then again I don't see that many difference in being a genius or a stupid person.' And Toya ignored what it said. He wasn't going to debate and waste his brain power right now. He had more then enough stress already.
If All-Might was out of the picture Toya was sure that he could escape any and all circumstances, but that was a big if. After finishing the last raman cup, he took out the mask for him inventory, a plain white mask that only covered the upper part of his face.
But the moment he put it on, like pixels out of a video game his clothes and looks started changing. Going back to his Blaze persona.
