After all, if he wanted to fight the owners of this place, he couldn't do so by himself. He would need quite a few soldiers, and other helpers to help him out in cleaning the house, and the dominion.

He had no intention of keeping authority of this dominion whatsoever as that would be just a pain in the ass, but that didn't mean that he wouldn't want to profit from here.

As long as he was able to place on top someone that belonged to him, then it was the same as this place belonging to him.
