Su Tong nodded and sighed. With a long drawl, she said, "The doctor he might remain like this forever."

Liang Zhou could not help but widen her eyes. "Then… T-then, what about you and your child."

Su Tong shrugged. "There's no point worrying about it now. After all, my husband isn't dead yet. As long as he's alive, there's nothing to worry about…" She no longer wanted to speak about this so she changed the topic and asked, "What did you say earlier? I didn't hear you…"

With these words, Liang Zhou finally remembered the purpose of her visit. She moved closer and said in a lowered voice, "Do you know that Song Ning is pregnant?"

Su Tong looked as though she had been struck by a bolt of lightning as soon as she heard these words.
