Chess was torn between two… brats?

"I should have mine first!" Aoi, who was stomping like a kid having tantrums, was glaring at Jill who was also glaring back at him.

"And why should that be?! I'm taller than you so I must have mine first!" Jill rebutted, hitting Aoi on the sorest spot.

In an instant, Aoi's big round eyes became dangerously piercing. His gaze was so chilly that Jill was actually caught off guard. For a moment, Kane thought that a fight would actually start. But before anything could even happen, Chess had already started walking away from the two.

Neither Jill nor Aoi got the first pudding.

Chess approached Cale who was obviously just patiently waiting in his usual corner. Chess can see how tense he was. And besides, Cale was the first one who asked him for a pudding.

So, he gave him his share first.

"Here." Chess placed the pudding above Cale's desk.
