"I'm sorry. I did not know it would hurt you that much" to be fair, neither had Noah and that was a big eye-opener for them both. They could not sit back and let things happen if did not want to suffer the consequences but they could not brute force it as well. 

They had to be careful now, careful in a way they had never been before. Every new step was a step into an unknown domain for them now.

"So, this direction huh. Do you know what important place lies in this direction?" Noah asked in his still-pained voice.

"The place that lies in that direction? It's all desert there right now, unless" Keito stopped, his words being caught up in his throat. He looked a little ill when he looked out in the direction being pointed out.
