Capítulo 55: The foolish trick

Noah looked worried but the king could tell that it was not because of him. No matter how much he had screwed up till now, the other had never looked at him like that.

And this time there was nothing he had done at all. So it worried him as well, to see the other behaving as such.

"Keito, come here and take a look at this. Do you find this odd?" the white-haired teen pointed toward the tray right in front of him. The king took his attention off the other to finally look at where the other was pointing.

But he was confused because it was a normal tray anyway he looked at it. Except for the smell, nothing seemed amissing.

But the smell really was different. He was not sure he had smelled such a particular bend anytime before and it was distracting. It made him feel sleepy and relaxed.

What a good smell it was. Not as good as Noah's in the future but close nonetheless. He really wanted to sniff even more of it.
