Capítulo 53: The fox kit part 2

Two pairs of similar eyes looked at each other, both taken aback by the similarities they possessed. The child had finally decided to drop the illusion he had held as the soldier and was now a 12 years old, white-haired fox kit.

One could easily make out the fluffy ears on top of his head which indicated that the maturity for the other had yet not come which would allow him to hide those ears.

"You are far younger than I expected. Maybe I am more out of touch with nature than I thought" the elder muttered under his breath as he looked at the kit in front of him. 

While he did not appear much older than 16 himself, his real age was far older than what one would expect. However, even in his old life, he had seldom seen white foxes (except arctic foxes) and never a kit like this.
