“It is not the appropriate attitude from them. Even if they are elders, you deserve to be heard. You are the head.” Eisen grumbled.

“They are the elders with experience, they are given the right to judge the heirs of the Monique house during their timeline. It is foolish to challenge them head-on. Besides….” Rosa turned her head on the opposite side slightly.

Something caught her eye from the window. “I did not let them retire in the first place. They were supposed to retire the time I take over as the new heir.”

“Why did you do that?” Eisen was curious.

“Nothing much, I just did not want the elders to be away from my eye helping someone else in the process,” Rosa muttered as her eyes kept on searching the road.
