St. Anne, The Pride of the Seas, was a wonder to look at. With 420 meters in length, 66 meters in beam, 16 Decks, and a passenger capacity of 5000, it was the biggest and most luxurious Cruise Liner in the world.
Even a day after it had docked at the Vermilion Port, the number of tourists that only visited Vermilion City to see it had not diminished. Instead, there were even more people on the Port.
Aizen and the girls boarded St. Anne the night before it was going to set sail. All the passengers were already on board, and it saved them from standing in queues to wait for their turn.
The girls were excited and astounded at the luxury of the ship. It was like a mini city on the seas and had every facility that one could ask for. It had its own Pokemon Center on it, a hospital, an entire deck that was a Shopping Center, as well as an International Police Station, where Officer Jenny was in charge. She was also responsible for the overall security of the ship.
Captain Sparrow, the famous captain of St. Anne, personally welcomed Aizen and the girls on board and gave them a tour around the ship. It attracted a lot of eyes, but Aizen paid no heed to it. The girls were too busy looking around to care about the eyes on them.
"You are allowed to keep your Pokemon out on the top five decks, as long as they do not fall under A-Class and above Threat Levels. And if you have an S-Class and above Trainer's License, you are allowed to keep Pokemon out on all the decks. However, refrain from engaging in battles. The Training Facilities are on the first deck, and you can have your Pokemon Battles there." Sparrow informed the girls.
"When will the winner of the Lottery will be announced?" Misty curiously asked as she stared at the prize of the Lottery on the pamphlet in her hand. There was a prize pool of 500 Thousand Dollars as well as a Pokemon Egg of a Larvitar. She did not care about the money, but a Larvitar was precious.
Her question made the Captain wryly smile, and he looked at Aizen to confirm if the girls knew about the rules of the Lottery.
"Since you are with me, the owner of the ship, you are not eligible for the Lottery." Aizen chuckled when Misty looked at him in surprise. "It's the rules."
"Does that mean we can't participate in the Pokémon Tournament as well?" Leaf curiously asked.
"You can. And if you win it, you will get the prize too." Aizen patted her head and said. "But I can not take part in it."
"I am going to win it then." She confidently said with a bright smile.
"Bring it on." Misty grinned at the hazel-eyed girl in a challenge.
Anira looked at the two and decided to tease them.
"Are you not going to participate?" She curiously asked Sabrina.
"No." The raven-haired girl shook her head. "I don't have Pokemon on me that are not in their Final Stage of Evolutionary line. And I already have an Altaria, so I don't need the Swablu Egg or the set of evolution stones which are the winning prize of the Tournament."
"Well, you could participate on my behalf." She smiled at her. "We can lend you Rinko and Archie to participate in the Tournament."
"No!" Leaf immediately called out in a scare, and even Misty looked troubled at the thought of Sabrina participating in the Tournament.
Their reactions caused Anira to burst out in giggles, and even Aizen couldn't help but let out a chuckle.
"I can do that." The Moonheart nodded her head. "But I don't think you really need the Egg or the Evolutionary Stones."
"I don't." She pulled a tongue at her. "I was just messing with them."
They were having fun touring the ship when an attendant approached them.
"Good Evening, Prince, Princess!" She politely bowed to them before handing Aizen a letter.
The girls curiously looked at the Orayen Prince, who walked a little away from them before opening the letter and reading it.
"I and Sabrina have to go and see Uncle Joseph. We won't make it to the dinner." He returned and smiled at his little sister.
Anira nodded in understanding with a smile.
"Please, lead the way." He turned to the attendant, who bowed to Anira and then led Aizen and Sabrina to where the meeting was going to be held.
The three of them arrived outside one of the golden suites, which were only accessible to the Owners or people related to them, and then the attendant excused herself away.
"Welcome!" Bill opened the door after Aizen knocked on it and invited them inside.
"Good Evening." Aizen smiled at the group of people who were seated in the lounge.
"Aizen!" A boy in his late teens, with dark blue hair and matching blue eyes happily got up from his seat and hugged the Orayen Prince. "It's good to see you, mate."
"Riley. So you are the one who will be joining us. It's good to have you on the team." He greeted the boy with a bright smile and then looked at the Mega Lucario standing behind him. "And you too, Stein."
The Mega Lucario politely bowed to him and then stood in attention again.
Everyone was gathered around them now, and Aizen started introducing Sabrina to the group.
"Everyone, this is Sabrina Moonheart, and she's part of our Action Team. And Sabrina, this is Riley Walken, a friend of mine.
"Hi!"
Sabrina simply nodded to the boy.
"You are already familiar with Bill, and Uncle Joseph." He said and then smiled at the rest of them. "And this is Professor Krane, the Order's prized Intelligence Specialist as well as a renowned scientist. He's really good at understanding Pokemon behavior."
"Thanks for the praise, Aizen." The man in his early thirties, with spectacles and messy brown hair, embarrassedly smiled.
"And I think you are already familiar with Lance Blackthorn." He shook his hand with the Champion of Kanto and introduced him to Sabrina. And then he turned to the blonde-haired lady that had her famous light smile on her lips as always. "This is Glacia Blue. One of the Elite Four of Hoenn. She specialises in Ice-Type Pokemon."
"It's nice to meet you." Glacia looked at Sabrina and politely said.
"You too." Even the indifferent reply of Sabrina did not strain the light smile on Glacia's lips.
Aizen knew that Joseph, Bill, Lance, Krane, and Glacia were already on the team with him. And Riley was the newest addition, however, there was still a new member missing.
"The last one hasn't arrived yet?" He looked at Joseph and asked.
His question brought a mischievous smile on everyone's face, and Joseph was madly grinning at him.
Aizen questioningly raised his brow but then heard familiar steps of heels as they approached him.
His heart skipped a beat as he knew exactly who it was, and before he could turn around, she was already right behind him, leaning near his ear.
"Missed you..." She whispered seductively, and it sent shivers up his spine, causing him to abruptly turn around. The girl was waiting for that response and captured his lips before his eyes could behold her.
The sweet breath and the taste made his heart flutter, and his arms subconsciously wrapped around her waist, pulling her closer to him.
They did not care about the people around them as they kissed each other after a long time. It had been months but felt like a lifetime to them. And when they finally separated, his violet eyes were staring right into her golden orbs. The blush on her fair cheeks was adorable, but she quickly composed herself and turned to look at Sabrina.
"Cynthia Shirona." She drew her hand to the girl.
"Sabrina Moonheart." The raven-haired girl stared right into her golden eyes as they shook hands. "You are from the Draegor Clan of Sinnoh."
"I am." Cynthia nodded. "But from a Branch Family. And I was raised on the Blanc Island."
"And I take it that you will be my future sister-wife." Sabrina glanced at Aizen and then back at her.
Her words caught everyone by surprise, and Riley could not suppress it and burst out laughing madly after a moment.
"You are the best!" He gave his friend a thumbs up before continuing to laugh and Bill soon joined him. "This is precious!"
"This is a pleasant surprise." Lance joined in as well and started chuckling.
Krane was too shy to poke fun at Aizen, but he was smiling too, and Glacia was hiding her mouth behind her hand as she giggled sweetly.
Cynthia questioningly raised her brow at Aizen, which made him helplessly sigh in return.
"It's a story for another time." He said and then leaned in to plant a kiss on her forehead. "I am happy to have you here, Cyn."
"I wonder if Anira will shares the same sentiments." She smirked at him and then turned to look back at Sabrina. "Yes, I am his Fiancee." She nodded, and the Raven-haired girl nodded back at her before staring into her eyes.
There was a strange tension building up as the two of them sized each other up, but soon it all went away.
"Ahem.." Joseph cleared his throat and drew their attention. "Let's start with the meeting." He walked back to the couch and sat down, waiting for everyone to take their seats.
"Let's start with what has happened so far..." Bill and Krane started off the meeting which continued for the next three hours.
