The laboratory used by Professor Braines was his private laboratory. So he built it himself, renovated it himself, prepared all the equipment and all the materials himself.

In contrast to Earth which needed to get a lot of sponsors to carry out research, Professor Braines was quite rich and also capable enough to survive on his own two feet. He didn't even need a job though. All the forces that helped him were robotic power made by his own hands.

"We are about to enter Professor Braines' laboratory, Prince. Please prepare yourselves." Santos informed, then pressed a shroud around Sharpex. The shroud was a special program created by Professor Braines for his allowed guests to enter.

Several shrouds were acceptable at any time, but when Professor Braines was absent or undisturbed, only certain shrouds could enter. Or not even a shroud could penetrate the laboratory's defenses.
