"Do I have to remind Sir Baron to come before me? What insolence is this?", King Thress yelled.

"Your Majesty, I do not think it is insolence... in his defense. The man-"

"Taff! I hate the way you sound. Where is Baron?"

Sir Taff suppressed the urge to roll his eyes. he actually didn't want to be here on the day Sir Baron would tell the king the news he brought back from the Taterra Kingdom. But King Thress had summoned him here this morning. Sir Taff hated his position at that moment.

Sir Taff looked at his own assistant who was near the entrance to the throne room, carrying a pile of books. The assistant nodded his head, understanding the silent question Sir Taff had asked with his eyes.
