Capítulo 40: Bitterness

Presently, in Queen Dyon's private chambers, she sat waiting for Sims, one of her maidservants to give her the newest information.

Two days had passed, and Queen Dyon hadn't seen King Yianni. Dyon knew deep in her heart that he had been spending his free hours beside Lily Mallum. She hated Yianni for abandoning her, and she hated Lily more.

It had started little by little. Now, days would pass and Dyon wouldn't set her eyes on her husband.

"My Queen", Sims said as she entered the queen's room.

Queen Dyon peeled her gaze from the window she had been gaping through and faced Sims. "So?", she asked. Dyon was impatient.

"I saw them in the garden... talking. But I couldn't hear what they were talking about", Sims said.

"I told you to try and get close anytime you see them together", Queen Dyon said.

"Yes, My Queen. I did ex-"

"Did they hug each other? Were they standing or sitting too close to one another?", Dyon asked frantically.
