Capítulo 36: He Finds Out

In The Taterra Kingdom...

Vasso and his wife had just finished making love, and he laid down exasperated. Vasso's thoughts wandered to the person he had asked Vassi about. She didn't know then who he was referring to but had sent out word to inquire about what disturbed Vasso's mind.

"What are you thinking about?", she asked the king.

Her sweet, soothing voice brought him out of his deep thinking and he placed a soft kiss on her cheek. "Have you gotten word about the person who came to take the princess away?"

"Is that what you were thinking about, Vasso?"

He narrowed his eyes. Vasso knew that whenever Vassi delayed answering his questions like she was doing now, there was something she had in mind to tell him. So, he let her have her cake.

"Yes, darling. That is what disturbs my mind"

"That person is the illegitimate son of the former Red King"

Vasso's brows creased as he was more confused than he was before asking her the question. "What do you mean?"
