Capítulo 55: A traitor in the court

Kahlan has now decided to join forces with Qarinah. She's the traitor, the source of the disease in Darca.

"Liah tell me why your guard still has to search me before I get to you."

"Well you may have been followed but most importantly, I can't trust you."

"Then why are you working with me?"

"I have no choice Kahlan. You wouldn't blame me for not trusting you would you?, traitors blow like wind. Freya did, and anyone else can."

"You bewitched Freya. She wouldn't have done it if she wasn't under a spell. You practically forced her to work for you Liah, you left her no choice. You and Qarinah. But me, I'm here on my own. It's my decision, that's the difference between us. You and I Liah, have a common enemy."

"You're here on your own decision, should I be worried? I mean why would you ever betray your master and mistress?"
