"So this is where you've been." Zedekiel heard a familiar voice say. His silver lashes trembled and he raised his head, his gaze landing on the woman standing before him.
All of a sudden, he felt like crying. "Mother..." he called out, his voice hoarse. But then, he didn't know what else to say so he lowered his head once more, his eyes filling with tears.
Seeing her son's heartbroken expression, the Queen Mother could not stay still. She rushed over to him and engulfed him in a tight warm hug. The hug seemed to thaw the ice around Zedekiel and the tears spilled freely down his cheeks. His Mother's warmth crept everywhere, making his tense body relax as he cried, pouring out his pain and anguish.
