" at least this is settled for now. " Raphael said snapping Kieran out of his thoughts. 

" hmm... " was his only reply. 

" we should leave her alone or else you want to be creepy and watch her all night. " Raphael said in a joking tone. 

Kieran raised a brow at his words but didn't turn to face him neither did he show any sign of wanting to leave. 

Just when Raphael had decided to give up on making him leave, Kieran teleported out of the room leaving him behind. 

With one last glance at Clarissa, he too disappeared.

The next morning, Clarissa woke up feeling light and refreshed. She couldn't remember the last time she had had such a peaceful night's rest. For some reason, she had expected a headache but there was nothing and she assumed she was probably feeling out of sorts.
