His parents had already gone to sleep and zi Chen was sleeping with them. Yue had taken Zara with him in case she woke up late at night. He even had formula all mixed up and ready for her.

By the middle of the night, Yue heard a small sound of someone moving. He cracked his eyes open and looked around. Fan woke up as well but Yue gestured for him to stay still.

Jamie was slowly moving to a subtle corner without making any sound.

Yue had made sure to warn the ones keeping watch to be as subtle as possible, so Yue had put a few holes close to the ground. People can just lay down and keep an eye on what was going on outside.

It also gave the impression that everyone was asleep when looked in from outside.
