Capítulo 157: The Impromptu Lunch Date

"She what?!" Raymond yelled. 

He cleared his throat, remembering he had company with him. 

"And you're sure of this?" Raymond raised his brow. 

Taylor nodded, "Yes, I am, sire." 

Raymond sighed. He declared, "You can go now."

Taylor was taken aback. She blinked, "Sire?" 

Raymond repeated, this time his teeth gritted and his fist clenched, "I said, you can go now." 

Taylor left swiftly. 

Things had gone way better than expected. She made a mental note to avoid Raymond in the future, knowing he wouldn't let her go lightly after this.

'You should've tried harder to get her to join me,' was what the look he was giving her screamed. 

'You are clearly incompetent,' he had said to her, speaking through his eyes. 

However, he did look a tad bit frustrated. 

She wondered what that was about.
