Capítulo 55: Sunshine and Strawberry Popcorn Part 3

One night, after dinner had been prepared and Noe was sure Daniel was in the cafeteria, Noe finds himself asking Jinn, "Have you seen Daniel?"

This is a question Noe has never had to ask aloud. However, Noe cannot tether his thoughts to Daniel's. When Noe first felt himself losing control, he shut Daniel out of his mind. Imagine the shame if Daniel discovered this lascivious side of Noe.

Jinn absently says, "I think he went to the Reborn with Riley."

The Reborn is not a sect in Eastville that Noe has ventured to before. "Do you know where that is?" 

"Nope," Jinn responds as Rosalind pops another grape into his mouth. Jinn chokes slightly.

Across from each other on one of the wooden cafeteria benches, Jinn and Rosalind play a round of 'open your mouth as wide as you can and I'll shoot some grapes into it'. Feng Mian watches them, the resoluteness to reject Rosalind that she used to have in her eyes chipping away with every passing moment.
