After my big sisters father was murdered my mom "Doreen" went into such a deep depression that for over 50 years she found a mountain cave in the Mountains to the west of where I live now to hibernate in.
Well really I think mom just wanted to sleep till death finally took her.
We Arcana really don't have psychological assistance available and being close to Immortal means not many Arcana have actual counseling abilities and experience for Elder beings.

My mom is a Storm Dragon and couldn't handle being alone after hundreds of years mated and having a daughter who just celebrated her 100th birthday got Mated and moved across the world.
Then her husband was murdered for the magical energy all Dragons possess.
Mom hit rock bottom,
As chance would have it mom was actually sleeping in a cave inside a Stone Giant who was sleeping as a Mountain among mountains, no one knew my father to be was there.
After nearly 50 years their dreams began to merge together and mom woke to having sex the same as in her dream.
Yup a year later I was born.
I'm actually an Elemental and a rare dual Elemental at that I got my dad's Stone Bending Elemental control and mom's wind and water power.
My powers manifested at the age of 2 instead of the normal 5 years old.
The Elves on the Arcana Council wanted me studied.
Thanks to Grandpa being the 4k year old Elder Dragon representative.
That intrusion the was shot down very strongly.
While my mom was out shopping I was kidnapped and the fairies my mom hired to babysit me were almost all killed except one defending me.
Shawna the daughter of the Fairy King my main Guardian.
After getting the description of the Elves from Princess Shawna, mom contacted Grandpa, Dad and with all the power of a Kat 5 hurricane Mom descended upon the same Ancient elven Household that murdered her husband and held me hostage.
Dad tore through the castle like a starving Wolf digging to the rooms where I was being held and passed me to grandpa.
Grandpa took me and passed me to mom then as mom left Grandpa did his thing.
Grandpa melted the earth afterwards to make sure nothing survived.
Dad made the land for 3 miles into a parking lot l.
An ancient Elven castle in the Eastern mountain highlands of the Eastern continent, was melted to unrecognizable slag, then smoothed over by dad.
The Elves, leprechauns Dragons, Vampires and witches in the Various continental governments persuaded the human governments to keep their noses out of it.
Shawna the Fairy Princess became my official Godmother.
Shawna has long green hair straight out of an Anime type cartoon and one hot figure that would make a blind mad drool.

Grandpa is the Arcana Council Dragon representative and in the 1k+ club age group.
He doesn't take any crap from anyone except me and I only do it joking when he's in a good mood like when I get A's and B's on my report card.
Then I can joke with Grandpa.
Grandpa may have originally wished that I was a Dragon but he's very proud and protective of his Grandson.
Grandpa does have several other grandkids and I'm pretty sure since I'm actually the baby they don't harass me for not being an actual Dragon either.
Now dad is actually of earth and not a refuge or child of refugees.
Dad was actually alive during the last 3 Rift wars.
Originally way back in forgotten time magical and non magical creatures became separated species.
Then many millennium later magical creatures split into Elemental and Elemental users.
My Great Grandfather Elemental was The Elemental who gave the Dragon ancestors their aspects and is the Father of all Elementals.
No records exist that have an actual name for Great Grandfather Elemental, he's just referred to as "The Elemental"
No one since has been known to be more than 1 Element.
Until me then is, that's another reason No one gives me any crap about being or not being this or that.
I'm unique and since I was 2 I'm virtually untouchable.
I have the Dragon, Elemental and Fairy king Elders on the council Daring anyone to ever try to grab me again.
One of my Aunts The Elemental Nuska of the Elemental of fire is the Elemental Council Representative.
Emer, Nuska and Magnus have actually dared anyone on the council to say anything about the extinction of the family that nabbed me and murdered my father.
Arcana (I'll plagiarize this from a story I've read on another site) rules before Revelation.
1) dont get caught.
2 ) don't piss off the strong.
3 ) keep the secret.
Not that I can do anything I want or get away with anything I'm just protected from most Arcana that would do me harm.
Aside from my girlfriend who I've literally known since I was 5. I keep to myself.

Melissa is an Arachnid Arcana from a family of professional Assassins.
Her kind were lab created to be shock troops but rebelled during the last rift war.
Melissa actually got me into MMA.
Some human kids were bullying us and Melissa got ticked off.
We didn't want to join gangs or sports so we were the outsiders that got picked on until Melissa took them out.
Alejandro Melissa's dad teaches Arcana Krav Maga to Arachnids only.
I got taught MMA because I'm almost family enough to be family.
Melissa got permission 3 years ago to teach me the family martial arts.
We just graduated from high school last week.
Melissa moves with a deadly grace.
Melissa's family are international assassins.
Unlike vampires when arachne drink your blood they absorb your DNA.
Shawna: Melissa's skin is actually getting harder now Andrew.
A normal human with a knife won't be able to stab her anymore.

Mom: Good and if Alejandro isn't there at least let her mother Melinda know your intentions.
If she agrees Alejandro won't easily be able to go against her.
I'll send a text to Melissa in a minute.
Mom: Yes let Melissa know what's happening so she can smooth the waters so to speak.

Charles: Reluctantly I do agree I'll stand down.
I'm off to my room and I will text Melissa momentarily mom, dad goodnight.
In my room I video call Melissa and I finally got around to mentioning what Shawna said and after she finished laughing I told her what mom said.
Melissa agreed and said she would prep her mom before I got there.
Mrs.Thorn likes me and Melissa mentioned that daddy is out of town at the moment.
Mr. Thorn likes me.
Just maybe not enough to molest his daughter.
I will be confident and humble.
Heck I'll throw myself on the floor and Grovel if I have to.
I really don't want to die and I definitely don't want Melissa dead by my hormones and stupidity.
