Capítulo 3: Chapter 3: Betrayal
The carriage continued on the main road for about a few hours before the sun completely set and was replaced with the dark night sky
"We should probably stop and set up camp its extremely dangerous once night falls"
Okami nodded her head as Lilith leaned out of the carriage to notify the driver and guards who quickly set up a camp and fire pit fairly quickly taking only around 15-20Min to get everything ready
Once the camp was finished Okami immediately started to look for a sturdy tree to sleep in but was stopped by Lilith who dragged her back to the camp into the largest tent that was placed near the center
"Ah~ " Okami protested as she plopped down onto a sleeping bag that Lilith had already set out for her
"No I'm not letting you sleep outside its dangerous"
"A!!"
"I dont care that your strong, your staying here with me"
"Ah~ "
"True humans are just as dangerous but I've paid them off so we should be fine, now lay down and sleep if your good I'll give you some blood in the morning"
'Why does it feel like I'm being treated as a pet? And how the hell does she know what I'm saying?'
"I guessed most of you wanted to say so dont read to deep into it, now s-l-e-e-p!"
Okami clicked her tounge as she laid down on her side facing away from this bossy woman
'She really does remind me alot of Lyn, speaking of witch I hope I see her soon Sarah could be a bit annoying to deal with on your own'
Closing her eyes Okami drifted off to sleep pretty fast while Lilith was still getting into her night gown, once she was finished Lilith proceeded to turn off the lamp that was illuminating the tent and head to bed

[Time: 12:52pm]
Everything was quiet in the pitch blackness under the new moon with only the sounds of the guards doing there patrols echoing through the night
In there tent both Okami and Lilith lay there dead asleep as one of the guards would occasionally peek through the tent flaps to make sure everything was fine, Lilith was able to ignore this and keep sleeping however Okami on the other hand was very annoyed as everytime they did this it would wake her up
[Time: 1:30pm]
It was time for the guards annual check up on the two girls however this time something was off, Okami was already awake, as her body had gotten used to waking up every thirty to forty-five minutes, but when she took a glance over at the tents entrance she was surprised and curious to see around six guards cautiously walk into the tent with each one of them eyeing both her and Lilith
"You dont think that Okami girl will wake up do you?"
"If your so worried just kill her aswell it's not like she can retaliate while asleep"
"Right..well let's just kill them both then and then be on our way, the others dont know were here right?"
"No we should be fine now get to work"
The guards, at least to Okami, were whispering rather loudly so Okami heard the entire conversation 'Idoits, who the hell basically yells there entire plan infront of the people your conspiring against?!'
Okami silently sighed to herself as she let the men get closer to her, 'To bad there so low level they wont even bring me close to leveling up.'
Crouching down one of the younger men gently pressed a cold dagger onto Okamis throat, much to her amusement, and sliced as hard as he could, "Shit! did you give me a full blade?" the man hissed as he tried again, but it was the same result
Snapping her eyes fully open Okami sprung up while grabbing the mans knife, startled he tried to retaliate but Okamis strength was just too great and he ended up with her sitting on his lap
The movement was quiet and fast to the point were none of his buddies noticed the situation he currently found himself in
Okami smiled devilishly as she placed a singular figure over her lips telling the man to shut up and keep quiet, out of pure fear the man stifled a yell and nodded his head slowly thinking he might get out of this unharmed
"Prepare the the seal we cant let her have any chance of returning." One of the men said quietly while the others nodded with each one of them pulling out the exact same dagger the man had, 'I should probably help her right? I mean if she dies there goes my current blood supply....though I could probably just take it from humans'
Glancing back down at her hostage Okamis smile left her face before she pulled back his dagger and slammed it downwards sending the blade straight through his neck, her sleeping bag, and about an inch of dirt
Standing up Okami disappeared from her spot and reappeared next to the group of men who still didnt seem to notice her, 'These guys must be really stupid...'
Okami giggled desiding to have some fun bye tapping one of the guys shoulder, just as Okami wanted he quickly turned around and was mortified to see Okami crouched down behind him giving him a short wave with his friend dead on her sleeping bag
"WHAT THE HELL!!!" The man bellowed just as Okamis slender fingers grabbed him by the throat, 'Tsk, I cant wrap my entire hand around his neck..oh well' digging her fingers into the mans neck Okami pulled back harshly ripping the mans entire throat out with one swift motion
By this point Lilith was was wide awake and quickly stood up only to see four guards standing around Lilith each with there swords drawn
"What the hell is going on here!! Okami what did you do?!" Lilith quickly walked forward placing a hand on one of the guards shoulders
"MISS!! Your awake you must flee the avian girl has gone crazy and started attacking us when we came to check on you!"
Okami sighed heavily as she watched the situation unfold before her, 'Really? That's what your going with?'
"Why the hell would she attack you if she was docile a few hours ago?" Okami beamed at least this girl had some common sense
"Did you provoke her in anyway?"
The guards immediately entered panick mode and each started blurting out different stories were each simply didnt make any sense
Okami held back a laugh as an idea appeared in her head, meeting Liliths eyes she put on her most pathetic expression as she ran up to her while coyly burying her face into her embrace while hugging her tightly as if she was afraid
surprised by her actions Lilith glared at the guards while hugging the quivering girl back
"What happened..you better give me a straight answer or else you womt see the sun rise tonight!!"
Okami was doing her best not to laugh and keep up her act but this whole situation was just to funny to her
"Miss Nazareth it wasn't our fault I swear we were just doing her jobs untill that thing attacked us look she even killed two of us"
The man yelled gesturing at there dead friends
"AH~" Okami simply flinched pushing her self deeper into Liliths warm hug as trying desperately to run away from the scary men behind her
"I'll just have to torture the truth out of you four then.."
