My wolf side was becoming restless. I needed to shift.

The uncomfortable, itching need to transform started to become a burning, painful sensation. However, due to the boundaries Anton had created, I didnt have enough room to roam and be comfortable.

It was a small, terrible torture I was enduring.

I felt it first the morning after Anton set up the new rules and the girl called January had been kidnapped. It got worse the morning after, and I woke up in a cold sweat that day.

Delilah? Anton said groggily. What are you doing up so early?

After I had fallen asleep with Anton in his room, I had basically suggested that I wanted to stay there well, according to Anton that is. When I had returned to his house after the disappearance, I found all my belongings in his house. I wanted to argue with him on that, since we had only recently called a truce, but I couldnt. In the privacy of his house, I could see how distraught his friends death made him. I couldnt bring myself to fight him.
