Capítulo 6: Hero or something like that
It's been two weeks days since Izuku last went to school but his mom still didn't know that he is skipping school every morning he went out of the house to go to school but never reached there. But like always nobody cares if he comes or not.
So he just spent his time walking around here and there, he even used the money that he has saved to buy a new phone. So this was his daily routine now.
Having nothing to do he only has time and more time to waste, one day he was sleeping on a bench in a park he opened his eyes and looked towards the sky and the Sun was about to set so he stood up and started walking home.
when he was on the way it felt wide because for some reason the streets are quieter than usual but it didn't bother him as he continues to walk. As he was walking back he turns his head to the side where he saw something moving in the dark alleyway and he heard something like someone was talking at first he thought nothing of it and started to walk away but then he heard a scream a feminine scream so he went to see what was happening.
He started walking in the alleyway, he has no obligation of helping whoever was there but still, this is what he would have wanted in the past but he still went.
When he saw what was happening his eyes went wide in surprise a man with an oversized body was holding a women's hands with just one hand and pinned her on the wall, when he looked who that woman was he couldn't believe his eyes, it was Itsumi sensei (The school nurse). Now his mind was a mess his body was telling him to move but the fear and the word of all the people came rushed into his head, but still, he has to do something and so he will.
He picked up an old wooden baseball bat and hit the man in the head so hard that it snapped into two the man turned around and saw Izuku standing there he instantly went for a punch but Izuku somehow dodged it and stabbed him in the shoulder and the pain let go off Itsumi.
"RUN!!!" Izuku shouted, and he himself started to run. The man whose attention is now fully on him also ran after him and grabbed the back of his neck and Izuku's neck was about to snap. He thought that this is where his story ends but suddenly the man's grip loosened up and Izuku dropped to the ground.
He turned back to look at what was happening and he saw that man coughing blood and it seems like he was trying to breathe and say something but nothing happened. He looked at Itsumi standing behind that man but none of this made any sense to him something is probably wrong with that man but it not like she did anything to him but still, the looks on her face tell a totally different story.
That man turned around still trying to breathe, he tried to punch her but his body was about to drop down any moment but he still did his last attempt, but before he could touch her she already grabbed his face, and cracking sounds started to come out of his body along with blood started to come out of his body, and his body dropped down on the ground.
Then she walked up to the almost knocked out Midoriya and looked into his eyes with a smile on her face.
"Such a party pooper you are Midoriya, but I am happy that you at least try to help, not that I needed it or anything. But you OK Midoriya."
He who was still amazed and shocked at what happened didn't say anything just nodded his head.
"Good." Then she started to walk away.
"...Wait." midoriya shouted and she turned around saw him standing beside the man lying on the ground "This man... He's dead!!!"
"And what if he is?" She said with a serious tone and an expressionless face, as cold chills run down his back he didn't say anything just stood there. She turned around and started to walk away.
"If you wanted to know what I did came to school tomorrow." She said in a cheerful voice that gave him chills him even more than he was.
"But we have to do something about this," Izuku shouted as she stopped and took out her phone from her pocket and clicked a photo of izuku with the body lying next to him.
She showed the photo to him. "Oh my god Midoriya, you killed that man. I wonder, what will happen if I upload this??" As a demonic grin was there on her face and Izuku was scared he was freaked out. He didn't even want to think about that he wanted to say something but his throat feels so dry that it hurts.
"You should probably get away from here or if someone finds you..." And she walked away and so did Izuku. In all honesty, he didn't want to but there was nothing he could do even if he reports this how will ever believe that someone with a heal-type quirk can kill (Redo of the healer) and all the blame will fall on him, and no way in hell he wants that. So he got up picked his bag and run as fast as he can from there.
---Next day---
It was morning and izuku was standing in front of the school it was early in the morning so no one was there, He walked into the school and towards the infirmary, when he was about to open the door he hesitated for a moment thinking about what happened yesterday so closed his eyes and opened and opened the door.
He slowly opened his eyes and saw Itsumi sitting on a chair like always and he was surprised because it was like six in the morning, so how long has she been here.
"You are late, but still you came... How long are you going to stand?"
Izuku cam and sat on the chair beside her and for a while, he has been sitting there and she was just staring at him so he was creeped out, but didn't say anything out of fear. For the next few minutes, the silence continued.
"You are probably wondering how I killed that man." She spoke the moment Izuku break eye contact with her. So he got a little startled but nodded his head. She didn't say anything back but instead took put something from the drawer.
It was an L.E.D. connected to a battery but the L.E.D. was not glowing.
"Tell me Midoriya why is it not working?"
Without even a second of delay, he answered back "Maybe the battery is dead or the L.E.D. is broken."
But suddenly it started glowing, surprising him "now tell me how it is working?"
He stayed quiet because this didn't make any sense to him because now he was confused maybe this is her quirk but still her quirk work on living and non-living thing and is certainly not something he imagined.
Seeing his dumbfounded expressions she can't help but smile "Can't guess?" Izuku nodded his head in denial.
"Well first of all my quirk is not some kind of healing one as everybody thinks it is, but it can easily be disguised as one. The name of my quirk is 'REMODEL.' "
QUIRK:- Remodel
USAGE:- The user can make a three-dimensional model of anything they touch in their mind and can make changes in the structure of that object.
DRAWBACK:- Needs a huge amount of energy and causes the user extreme drowsiness and hunger.
"Pretty amazing don't you think. I can fix people, mess them up and it even works on other things... I can even one-shot kill All might." Izuku whole body stiffens up as he heard what she said with a weird look on his face.
"I will just walk up to him ask for a handshake and mess up his brain or open a hole in his heart, and just like that the Symbol of peace will die.
Don't you think it amazing? I can kill hundreds over thousands and nobody will know what's even happening, I don't even have to touch them if I can just get close enough to them.
And the interesting part is, even in my official documents my quirk is something else."
All this time Izuku was just listening quietly at first he was amazed to know that she has such an amazing quirk but now he is freaked out and scared. He was deep into his own thoughts when suddenly she called out to him and that scared him.
"Midoriya"
"YES" Surprised and scared.
"I want to ask you something. I saw you carrying a notebook many times what exactly you right in that notebook?"
With a sad expression on his face ", I use to write about quirks, their uses, advantages, and disadvantages in a battle, analyze them, their potential weaknesses, and things like that."
"What do you mean by 'USE TO' " *POINTING A LOLIPOP TOWARDS HIM*
"I burned them all up... I realized that I am just wasting my time on those, I thought they will help me be a better hero but now that I think about it I don't even remember why I started writing them. It all seems so pointless now I wasted my time chasing a dream that I can never achieve, giving myself fake hope that it will all turn out right in the end but *HEAVY SIGH* I gave up."
Tears were about to drop down from his eyes but he quickly wiped them. He didn't want her to see him like that...
"What if I say that you can still be a hero." She said with a happy tone.
"What, you will say become a cop." He said with a irritated tone.
"What??? NO!!! This job is exactly not a hero job but not even less than that.
You should apply for support course, and with you head I am sure you can make a name for yourself. The pay is also good and thing how many people can you help. Then you can make a power suit for your self and call yourself 'Support man' or something or maye make an army of killer robots.
HUH??? What do you think. Not bad right?"
Izuku was... Surprised but it's not like what she was saying is bad, at least is better whatever is going to happen to him if he just go on aimlessly. Sure it is not exactly what he wanted but it is not something he didn't want, after all helping people is what a Heros true job is.
"But" He was about to say something but she put her hand on his shoulder so he didn't.
'HEH' 'HEH' 'HEH' "You don't have to worry about anything Midoriya, aI may not look like it but I, myself am quite skilled in this field. I will teach you everything you have to know. And some other thing." *Licks her lips*
And this marks the beginning of a new journey for Izuku Midoriya but it turns out to be a horrible-horrible journey that changed his life forever.
