Xiao Yujin was furious. "Jueming, how could you leave behind a dagger bearing my crest at the cliff? How could you make such a low-level mistake?!"

Jueming knelt in the center of the room, head bowed and fist clasped in front of him. "Your Highness, I swear on my life that nothing was left behind.
