"Bazaar has an arid landscape rich in rocky mountains and hills. Constraint of technology and building methods has meant most of the land is untouched, with settlers favouring flat plain areas, which are limited. 

"As a result most of the settlements are skewed towards the East, close to Fort Bedlam. That is why we have three major settlement of interest, including Fort Bedlam in the East, while the other directions, including the centre, only have one each.
