Dean just walked away from there without looking back at Rachel. Because he is not really sure what might he do with her if he turned around even once... 

Rachel walked behind him to upstairs and ran behind him... And grabbed him by his wrist making him Look at her.

"You didn't answer my question!" Rachel said.

"Rachel... Let me go... I don't know what I will do it you hold on to me more..." Dean replied and Rachel chuckled.

"We have already did a lot of things together, Dean... I don't think anything more gonna happen... But... I need a clarity from you!" Rachel said and Dean just released his hand from her grip and walked inside his bedroom and he was about to close the door when Rachel walked inside his bedroom. Dean sighed as he looked away from her. She looked at him and then closed his bedroom door behind her and looked at Dean who is already staring at her.
