Capítulo 75: Never again

When the night fell deeper and silent, I carried Tani to another place. I couldn't keep her in my room since I wouldn't have an explanation for others if they found out she slept in my room. Fortunately, all my senses were heightened, but I was surprisingly calm. 

Hence, I knew which way to take and not get found out until I reached her quarters. As I laid her down, my eyes softened and caressed her cheek. 

"My Tani," I whispered lovingly, fixing the blanket to cover her body. I sat down on the edge of her small bed, looking around her room. 

Her room was small, with only a bed and an old closet. This place was even smaller than my walk-in closet. 

"I should reward her with an even better room. It's better if her room is close to mine." I nodded, planning how to spoil her rotten. Maybe because I felt guilty, or I was simply thankful to her that she accepted me even after knowing the truth.
