Capítulo 23: The Drones' Heart.

Hans groaned in pain as the ebony crystal penetrated his body. The Moonspell cast on him by Camil worsened the pain since he kept on struggling as dark veins formed in his forehead. 

"What's that black crystal?" asked Camil who was holding Hans with his magic.

"It's the Drones' heart. Once you look at it, it manipulates you," whispered Rolam, his expression solemn. 

"What shall we do now? I can't hold him anymore," Camil replied sadly, exerting more energy on Hans, making him scream in pain. 

Rolam briskly threw a fire magic ball alerting the rest and in a second they all arrived at the spot. Two strong and muscular knights held Hans. 

A taut silence occupied the atmosphere as they waited for Rolam to talk. 

"I'll go straight to the point. Hans was infected with the Drones' Heart, pure serpent shadows! I need your magic," explained Rolam and spun his hand revealing the black crystal. 

Another silence followed as the audience warily stared at the eerily glowing crystal.
