Capítulo 45: Chapter 45 Raid's Mission (2/?)

The ground shaking according to those rhythm where Kanda and the rest finally could see the source for that shaking.
Three huge robots about 5-metres height can be seen coming towards their location while being escorted with 5 small robots about 2-metres height for each of those huge robots.
Kanda starts to laughs loudly where there is a tear coming out from his eyes. After laughing, he said: "Although I know that they want to maintain their original design for the head of these robots, it's still hilarious to see their mismatched design of these robots between its head and the body."
Those robots' head have the same design just like those dog Assistroids when they had attacked them during their outing at the beach. However, its body have different design where those small robots have humanoid design just like the body of an Olympics swimmer and for those huge robots, its have a bulky humanoid design such as those bodybuilders.
All of those robots have stopped in their track where the robots only 5 metres away from them. When they had seen the robots not moving anymore, Kanda said to his team: "Ok, everyone. We have strange situation right now as there is any reinforcement for these robots. It's either they just stubborn or there are really subordinates in a team."
"What is it your next plan, Kanda-sama? Maya asked him politely.
"We need to find out their capabilities first before we defeat all of these as soon as possible. Use your firearms to attack them first and see whether these guys have the same weakness as the one we had been encountered before." Instructed Kanda to others.
His team starts to fire their weapons at those robots where they can see that their bullets could not penetrate their defense as there is thin barrier had covered their bodies. The maids in his team changes their attack by using a grenade launcher where those projectiles going towards the ground nearing their legs. Although the ground near their legs had many holes here and there, there is no damage had inflicted towards those robots.
"Hmm...Their defense has greatly improve compare to the previous attack from them. I still can see that there is a talisman on each of their bodied so I could assume that Madam J had successfully modified those talismans." Kanda said that after had seen the damage towards those robots. He continues: "All of you! I need you all to back down a bit as I will try to confront them. All of you will support me using your firearms."
He moves forward before takes out his weapon which is two black daggers where there is a dragon-like design on each of the blade of the daggers. The daggers can be seen become longer into a short sword.
He forms his stance where he bends his body slightly forward while two blades can be seen pointing towards the robots. He pushes his legs with a bit of force where there is a mark of his shoes on the ground before appearing suddenly in front of those small robots.
He slashes his blade towards them but had been blocked by those thin barriers which he trying to attack at all parts of their body where he finally succeeded to damage them when his blade meet the back of the neck of those small robots. One of those robots collapsed on the ground before exploding and cause him to move backwards a bit.
Due to receive damage from him, others small robots start to attack him where these robots also using one-hand sword with them. However, their movement can be seen slightly sluggish maybe due to they had not been calibrated correctly for this type of attack where in the previous attack, they only use firearms to attack Kanda and his affiliation members.
While focusing his intent in the battle, he suddenly has received a communication from Maya. He said: "What is it, Maya? I'm a bit busy right now."
"I'm sorry to disturb you, Kanda-sama. I want to report that there are 20 robots coming towards our direction at the outside of the building. What we need to do right now?" Replied Maya while asking for his advise.
"Call Antonia for reinforcement and orders Swallow or Hawk to send our spacecraft to pick up those reinforcement quickly. You also need to inform her that she need to call Eris or Melwin right away for their assistance as there are new types of robots which had been upgraded from the previous attack on us which I had been fought by myself right now." Instructed him to Maya which she initiated his order immediately after the communication had been disconnected.
He readies himself before attacking those small robots again but difficult for him as those robots covered each other for their lack of coordination during the fight. He finally succeeded to defeat another 3 robots before one of those huge robots starts to join the battle.
That huge robot has strong defense where his blade could not make any scratches on it. His team members support him by launching those shells from the grenade launcher to prevent those small robots from nearing him during his fight with that huge robot. He quickly moves towards the back of its neck where his blade barely make a line of scratch on it.
He returns to his team's side and said to them: "Claris, I want you to use 'that weapon' from Antonia where I gave her its concept in the making of those weapons. Equip quickly those weapons and help me to hold those small robots first as I will destroy that huge robot first as the other two of these huge robots still do not make any movement yet."
"Yes, sir." Replied her short.
Claris opened up the large bag which had been carried by her where there are two black metal briefcases inside that bag. Inside those two briefcases, there is 8 silver-like blade with its handle where its length is only 15 centimetres. She gives a blade each towards her other mates and she taking two of these blades.
When she closes the briefcase back, she looks at her teammates and said: "The blade on your hand is a special-crafted blade which had been made from unknown materials. This blade has extreme sharpness and durability which had been tested multiples time. Although I don't know what its effect on those robots but I could assure you that we could hold them sufficient enough until we destroy them or Kanda-sama hit them first as his weapon also had been made with the same materials albeit a bit stronger from this. Anyway, onwards my friends, we need to do our task to help him."
"Yes, Ma'am." Replied her teammates.
They immediately joining the battle where some of them blocked those robots attack and the others trying to destroy them by aiming at their necks. However, they took about 2 minutes to destroy one of these small robots which Kanda easily destroy it within 10 seconds.
"Careful everyone, just hold them for a bit before said to me so I could destroy them." Kanda said that to them when had seen their battle as he still fighting with one of those huge robots.
After seeing that the nods on his instruction, he focusing back his attack on that huge robot where he finally open up the back of its neck which still not enough to defeat it. That robot starts intensifying its attack when had detected its neck had been exposed by him.
That robot takes out its weapon which is large two-handed sword from the back of its waist. The robot starts to swing its sword around which cause a slight wind to appear for each of its swing. However, Kanda easily avoids all of its attack due to its large swing motion.
Seeing its attack is futile to him, the robot changes into its stance where its look just like a samurai trying to withdraw their sword. Curious with its action, Kanda waiting for its attack before he feel intimidation from it when that robot take out his sword quickly from its side. Kanda instinctively ducks down before sudden explosion can be heard where he looks behind him and greatly shocked with the damage that had been done by that robot's attack. He can see that there is a large horizontal line had been embedded on the wall of the building due to the attack from the robot.
"Shit!..What is that attack about?! Although it's not the same with my attack, there is still a resemblance with my attack that had been executed by me during the beach vacation's attack." Kanda cursed before talked about that attack.
The large screen inside that building suddenly switches on and Jens's face can be seen there.
"Hello, Ichijou Kanda. Right now, I'm talking with you from my headquarter where I will talk about my creation there. These huge robots can imitate your attack from our previous encounter where its attack about 70% similar with what have you done. Although it's not enough to defeat you, how about your team members? Can they stopping its attack? Anyway, I hope that you will not defeat here as I have high expectation from you." Jens said all of that to him before the screen disconnected.
After that transmission cut off, that huge robots starts its attack again where another two of these robots also joining in the battle. All three of those huge robots executing the same attack as before but they aiming towards Kanda's teammates.
Seeing their attack, Kanda goes back to his team where he already called them to retreat and he standing at the front of his team. He said: "I need all of you to stand behind me and don't going anywhere." His teammates nods their head towards him.
Those huge robots releasing their attack towards them which decimated all those small robots before its attack almost reaching Kanda.
"It's now or never. Akari-chan, it's our turn next." Kanda said in his mind where Akari replied: "Yes~it's Akari-chan's turn to help Onii-chan. Let's go."
Kanda suddenly had been engulfed into a flame before his attire changes into those red flame battle dress. His hair becomes longer and turning from black into red. His attire consists of blood-red military clothes with a cape adorned on his back with had been held by the button on his shoulder while being covered with flame. He also wearing a blood-red military cap where his two blades also being covered by a flame.
When those robots' attack almost reached him, he slashes his two blades towards those attack which cause huge explosion from their attack's confrontation. Their clashing of attack also cause the ground to be greatly shaking and reaching to the people outside of the building.
After the clashing of their attack had been subsided, Kanda's teammates could see that their leader had not received any damage from those robots' attack except the fluttering of his cape from the blast of their confrontation.
