"Your highness, what would you like me to do for you?" Ezra's voice was pregnant with meaning. It was as provocative as it was innocent.
Malik looked the man up and down almost offended. He was surprised to see Ezra directly address his fiancé. His question sounded innocent but he knew better.
"What do you mean, ..eeh what's your name again?" Malik asked. Lahan smirked, eager to see the man's reaction.
"Ezra. I am sorry. I forgot to introduce myself to you." That name shocked Malik again. He began to perspire internally.
Ezra was a name that was rare among the Angels. The last man who carried that name was known for his monstrosity.
That wasn't quite why it disturbed Malik. He recalled a certain little boy whom he loathed with every fiber of his being.
The last time the brothers met, Lahan had made it clear that he would make them relive the monstrosity that Ezra once committed. It was a promise.
