Capítulo 198: Farewell

Once she was away from those two, Lily broke down. It was extremely painful for her to digest it all.

A broken heart she could handle. What was making her bleed inside was relieving the pain she kept hidden inside.

She wished to scream at the world for abandoning her. She wanted to blame her parents for leaving them. she wanted to blame her brother for not finding her.

However, the person she blamed the most was herself. She should have tried harder. Maybe if she had tried harder, she wouldn't be in this much pain.

She felt suffocated once again. The feeling of drowning in water was too real it made her gulp for breath.

She had her voice but the memory of trying her best to scream and realizing she couldn't hinder her. She was physically there but her emotions were back in those shackles.

At that moment, she despised Arif with every fiber of her being. She had thought that her love for him was extreme.
