Exiting the matron's office, I decided to head straight to the library, I am hoping to find a book about taijutsu and basic sword stances.
five minutes later and I am standing in front of a wooden door with no particular engravings on it just a normal block of wood with a handle.
although the library is not guarded nor locked, only the workers are allowed in and if snuck in I won't be able to focus on reading and have to keep an eye out for anyone approaching the door.
Just like the matron's office door handle where I had to stand on my toes and stretch my hand to its limit.
I had to do the same here"dammit why is everything so far away from my reach"
After twisting the handle. I took a peak from the ajar door expecting thousands of books for me to read and learn from.
Only to be met with the first disappointment of my new life." what type of fuckin library has only 300 or so books"
well, whatever if I can find the books I need then it doesn't matter if the library has 1 book or a million books.
Quickly skimming through the books and most of them are history books that over glorify Konoha as a just village and the other villages as demons wanting to disrupt the peace Konoha is trying to make.
after looking over most of the books I finally found the only useful book named "taijutsu for dummies" my lips twitched a little at such a title.
To my surprise, the book is very detailed with pictures and steps on which stance to use for different types of attacks.
it even tells you when to inhale and exhale to bring out the maximum power in your attacks.
reading the book a couple of times to make sure I didn't miss anything I left the library and went to get lunch before sleeping.
{the next day}
walking up, I took a shower, before going down to get some breakfast, twenty minutes later and I am ready to go train in my last spot.
I rushed to the forest and in 10 minutes I am standing in the same place as yesterday.
I started to stretch and once I am done I started going through the stances one by one and keep repeating the punches, kicks, jumps, and feints until I am out of stamina.
"huuh huuh" breathing heavily while putting my back against a tree. I wait for my breath to become stable.
while sitting against the tree I practice my hand seals for one hour before going to chakra control exercises.
since I mastered the leaf sticking one I am going for the tree walking exercise. and try mastering it.
placing chakra on the soles of my feet I raise my leg and stick it to the bark of the tree, instead of sticking, my leg caused a small dent instead.
of course, this doesn't mean I have enough strength to damage the tree this my chakra, and any academy student can shrug off this small amount of damage.
anyways back to why my leg didn't stick but damage the tree instead, it is because I put too much chakra on the soles of my feet.
trying again I put about half of what I used last time and tried again and it doesn't work.
not giving up I try again and put even less chakra in my feet before trying and it worked.
ecstatic about my success. I put my other foot and it stuck to the tree."Yesss!!" I cheered only to lose my concentration and fall face-first to the ground.
"aghhh goddammit" this shit hurts like hell, good thing is I now know the amount of chakra I need to walk up a tree and it's only a matter of time before I master the tree walking exercise.
now next since an acceptable level of chakra control, of course, it's only acceptable because I have a small amount of chakra.
I want to see the limits of my gravity release and so I will my chakra to flow to the surroundings and increase the pressure.
slowly increasing my chakra output I watch as the grass gets flattened to the ground and the tree beside me creak a little.
its leaves that always stood upright are now facing downwards. Hmm, it seems the gravity doesn't affect me unless I tell it to.
this technique is dangerous, once I master it I will be one of the fastest shinobi by increasing the gravity of any opponent no matter how strong they are it will slow them down.
stopping my chakra flow before it is depleted completely I watch as the surroundings go back to normal.
washing in the same puddle as yesterday. I decide to go have a look around the village and the surrounding forests
I watch as people go around about their day. the arrogant Uchiha circling the streets looking for any troublemaker. the children running around while laughing.
"It really is peaceful but not for long in about seven years all will go to shit"
deciding to look at the forest in hopes I can find used kunai and shuriken that I can train my shurikenjutsu with will be great.
for one hour I strolled the woods for any signs of training ground until I heard shouting and hitting sounds.
wanting to take a look, I close the distance between me and the shouting. normally I would not approach fights as they could be serious and I might die in the crossfire
but I am sure it's just someone training as I keep hearing the same type of hits meaning he is hitting a piece of wood.
hiding in a small bush watching a man in his twenties keep on punching and kicking a giant tree and is doing considerable damage to it.
looking at him carefully I realize that I have seen him before " wait is he the eternal genin might duy"
