Capítulo 182: Strengh

"So there you are, training?"

"Aegis..."

Ciri said, surprised she didn't notice his presence as she sheathed her sword as her arms were already tired from the constant swinging.

"Do you have any grievances against these poor trees?"

Aegis asked as he looked around the forest, seeing multiple sword marks all around, nothing serious, still it showed how heated Ciri's sword dance was...

"No-no, sorry for that..."

Ciri sheepishly said as she remembered there was a training field for these matters, and it was unneeded to hurt the forest surrounding...

"Don't by, they will heal from it, and like you, became stronger from it."

Aegis said as tress in Remant were surprisingly adaptable, but then he looked at the Ciri and frowned.

"But for that, you would need to be sincere yourself... Ciri... What is weighting your mind? Was it the failed attempt to catch you that made you... Erratic?"

"...Maybe? No? Yes? I... I don't know, I just... I just feel soo..."

"Weak?"

"How did you?"

"It's in your eyes, the same eyes I see in my men's who train with me, or who I train... The same eyes any warrior had once his spirit wasn't broken but bent..."

Aegis said as he walked to trembling Ciri who took a deep breath and slumped onto the ground from the exhaustion of both body and mind...

"I just... I wasn't able to even react and it ended! I should be special, shouldn't I?! I have blood they Oh so desire to gain, and yet I wasn't able to even react in time before it ended..."

Ciri said as she felt the shame and inferiority she felt from the very fact, she wasn't even able to protect herself...

"Ciri... Do you even know who the Captain that protected you at that time was? Of course, you don't, otherwise you would look at it differently...."

Aegis said as he sighed.

"The man that was at that time on duty is, fifty-year-old veteran, a man who for thirty-five years of his life battled Grimms, and any human or faunus enemy, which was a lot as his last career being a mercenary... You cant try to measure his skill with your's... You can be stronger with, as you said, your unique blood, but you lack years these men and women have under their belt..."

"...Then how about you? I know that even hundred, no even thousands of them wouldn't be able to defeat you, even scratching you would bring honor to them, I heard what they were whispering about you, they call you The God-King... They put you in the same place as deities, big bro... How you someone who is as young as me could be soo... Different..."

Ciri asked as Aegis looked at her and sighed as he ran his hand through his black hair...

"I... I have an experience that is literally outside of this world and multiple others, but this you already knew, didn't you? After all, it isn't secret that I hear voices and have knowledge that shouldn't be possessed by a single individual, and yet here I stand..."

Aegis said as he gazed into the skies, with Ciri looking at him...

"My mind is constantly under strain I fight off, from the moment I was born I fought... Even my dreams aren't free of the constant battle for my sanity or what was left of it... And my body?... Ciri... We are in the forest, tell me, how come you didn't notice my coming, even in such a situation you were in, you were trained enough to notice someone sneaking close to you, weren't you? So look closer and think..."

Aegis said as he didn't move and let Ciri absorb his words as she nodded and finally looked, all over him, and tried to think, as Aegis said, Ciri didn't hear his footsteps, yet they were in the forest all around were twigs or crunching snow that would make a sound if he walked there so how...

"What..."

Ciri looked under Aegis feet, and finally noticed the land under him was fully intact...

"Glyphs..."

Ciri said in amazement as she looked at Aegis's feet that were standing in the air, even if they were close, but were on miniature Glyhps that seemed to be the creating floor for Aegis to walk on...

"Yes, Glyphs... Now brace yourself, and look... Can I?"

Aegis said as he asked Ciri who did know what Aegis wanted to do but braced herself as Aegis canceled his Glyphs on his feet and immediately felt results...

/BOOOOOOM!!!/

There was an enormous snow cloud and booming sound the moment Aegis feet touched the land, creating an enormous crater on the hard surface that seemed to even now continue cracking and seeming to bury his legs...

"I never stopped training... By it in my office on my specialized anti-gravity chair that can support tons of weight, or when I walk with weight enough to crack any floor or walls and at the same time as my gravity glyphs increase my weight, my standard glyphs create a floor that supports my weight, and that is constantly under stress and so strengthening itself with each second... Ciri, the reason Im, so strong is because I never stop training myself... Well... Just in some instances..."

Aegis said as he didn't mention that sole instance his body isn't under constant stress and heightened regeneration process was a situation he is in intimate time with his women...

"Just how..."

"No... Don't speak, you want to become stronger? More experienced? Very well, as the family head, is it my duty to make you into what you wish to be... Now draw your sword!"

Aegis said as he knew words wouldn't help and took his cane that transformed into a spear...

"Come, let me taste that unique blood that you think makes you special... Try to hurt me, Ciri."

---------------------

Harriet looked over her shoulder as she could feel gaze on herself, normally that would be nothing unusual as she was a princess and quite known to all Solitas, but this one gaze made her feel strange...

"Dobby is bad... Dobby cant be seen by Harriet Potter..."

Said some small voice that made Harriet look at a strange little creature that seemed to be hiding under some invisible spell that didn't work in a city that was warded from such methods...

"What... Oh... You are one of these, how they call you... An Elf? No, that's wrong... A house-elf, yes house-elf... Still strange... You look more like some strange gnome or deformed dwarf..."

Harriet said, not taking any punches as she curiously looked at the creature that now knew wasn't so invisible as it previously thought...

"Dobby, where are you?!"

Said a voice and Harriet looked to see a beautiful mature-looking woman that seemed in her middle age, with a Solitas modern noble dress that became a hit and with a mix of platinum and black hair...

"Sorry, miss... It seems my servant made you feel uncomfortable... Dobby! Come, we still need to fill the papers for our citizenship."

The woman said as she took the rapidly nodding and apologizing elf with her, now that Harriet looked, she could notice Sentrie's on the street look at the creature almost with a wary gaze as even if she couldn't see their faces through their helmet's, Harriet could see it in their body language...

---------------------

"Dobby! Don't expect to my by lenient if you run again next time!"

The woman hissed as single sweat ran down her beautiful face....

"Bad! Bad Dobby! Dobby is sorry, Mistress Malfoy! Dobby just couldn't help but look at-!"

"Don't, don't call her name... And that is the reason I will not reprimand you for this one instance... Who could have guessed the girl would so freely walk on the streets without any worry... Yet... It seems she truly wasn't in any danger..."

Narcissa Malfoy Nee Black said as she could feel the multiple gazes leave her after she walked away from the girl who lived...

"Still, we need to go to City hall... And make sure all of our things arrived safely..."

Narcissa said as she left Britain in a hurry after her little boy, her little boy who sold her to preserve the power that her good-for-nothing husband left after offending a man who had an entire magical kingdom in hand...

Still, she was Black, and Black knew when the tide changed, so she put her son to sleep the moment he chose his name is more important than his own mother and took the most important things she still had and all house-elves with her to this new land where she was free from both sides of the war that took a lot from her...

Narcissa wouldn't speak about the intelligent artifact that called herself Album who struck a deal with her, for giving her new life, Narcissa needed to swear to follow Schnee rules, she still didn't know what these rules entertained, but she didn't have much choice, either she would be used as a bait for the light side, or killed off by muggle side, or become breeding mare for dark side...

With these wonderful choices and her last link in Britain betraying her, she chose herself and a chance for a new life in a place where these bastards wouldn't be able to get her...

Plus, she heard that her other sister, the still sane one was there too, and with her entire family, it seemed she needed to visit little Andy...

"Come, Dobby, there is still much to work for us in our new home..."
