Rebecca saw Freya's eyes fluttering nervously and did not know what to say.

Freya kept asking Rebecca when she did not answer, "Will you, Becky?"

Rebecca nodded. "Fine. Freya, I hope you won't blame me for making you leave Luke back in the day…"

Freya interrupted her before she could finish her sentence. "Becky, I don't blame anyone. I mean it."

Rebecca's lips twitched. Her expression looked a little unnatural, but she smiled.

Freya smiled as well. Her entire face was smiling and it looked sincere and relaxed.

The Rolls Royce Ghost left the Carter residence ten minutes later.

After getting into the front passenger seat, Freya turned to look at the man's gorgeous profile. "Mr. Carter, just drop me near the office later."

Gideon ignored what she said and did not answer her.

She held up her phone and saw it was Ashley texting her.
